2016 Winter Recital:

Recital is almost here and we just can’t wait to celebrate everyone’s achievements! Just a quick reminder, all students should have their song picked out by November 30th.

Parents, if you have a specific recital time you'd prefer please reply back to this email or contact us with your desired recital time. Recitals will be two hours long and the times available are 12:00, 2:00, 4:00 and 6:00; please note that the deadline to request a recital time is November 20 th  .

Group photos will be taken at the end of each time slot, so please plan to stick around until the end of your group's recital. We have changed the length of recitals from 3 hours to 2 hours in hopes that it will be easier to do so.

T-shirts are available for order through December 1 st  at http://outofthisworldmusicschool.com/tshirt-orders/ . There will be a few shirts available for sale at the recital, however, sizes will be limited and price will increase from $20 to $25.

We know how important it is to capture the amazing moments at the recital, so we will have a professional photographer on site and photo packages will be available for sale after the recital. Proofs will be sent out to each family as soon as possible.

If this is your first recital to attend you are in for a treat! As you know, students will work hard for weeks to prepare their performances and our students are some of the most talented, awe inspiring musicians in their time! Make sure to invite your family and friends for a relaxed day of sharing music and once in a lifetime performances. Dress attire is casual and the event is open invite. The Recital is set to be at Hanover's: 108 E Main Street, Pflugerville TX 78660

School closures:

Fall vacation - Both locations will be closed from November 21st through November 27th. Classes will resume on November 28th at normal times.

Winter vacation - Both locations will be closed from December 22nd through December 28th. Classes will resume on December 29th at normal times.

If you are planning to miss dates other than those listed, please let us know and we will be happy to reschedule.

We hope that your vacations are filled with music! We encourage you all to make time for practice, share songs that bring you joy, perhaps even perform for your friends and family. The most wonderful part of music is sharing it and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the opportunity to share music with you.
